Recently had my online visit with the doctor. The process went smoothly and it is an easy-to-use application for this service. Once you finish the registration and payment you are immediately sent to a waiting room for the next available physician. My wait time was less than 15 minutes and I used my smartphone to complete it. Less than 24 hours later I received my certification form to begin the process for the state registration. Very easy and would recommend this to everyone.

It was very easy, I was suspicious at first. It does not include the state fee so you do have to pay the other 100 later, but it guaranteed an easy approval.
