I see all the great reviews for nub on the website, but frankly, I think they’re terrible. I had to submit my identification multiple times, I was in their chat for over an hour and a half resolve. Nothing, spent three hours plus one initially attempting to renew my medical Marijuana card. I sincerely would not recommend nubb.

This was my 5th renewal and certainly will be my last. Previous 4 times, I’ve only even had a call from a 2 times counting this last time. Normally disconnects and it’s just approved anyway. The 24 hours used to be 10-15 minutes but now is an advertisement scam more than anything. Completed my doctor visit at 0800. At 1100 I had messaged asking is this was normal as it never had been. Was told I’d get it later that day. 2200 rolls around, all OCM shops are closed and I message back to cancel it. Most dispensaries now offer carts for half of this and you walk out with cert and product if you’d like. After messaging, she agreed to cancel and the magically my certification was in my profile although I had looked 30 seconds before. Asked to speak to a manager and was told I’ll get an email. No email. Also they date it to the day you had your doctors visit. FAQ says it can take up to 7 business days. That’s a week they are stealing from your cert. look around for ten minutes and guarantee you can find a better deal on life well alone. 89 dollar certs, same day and no shadiness when trying to cancel. Googled cannabis cert discount and first one too pop up is attached. And attached is chat transcript of me asking to have it cancelled before receiving cert and them uploading cert so I cannot cancel. PLEASE TAKE 5 MINUTES AND GOOGLE! So much better deals.

I thought this was gonna be easy, I've been in pain for years MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia to name a few. So after years of suffering and being told the process is is and have many certified Dr. I went online did paperwork paid the fee, spoke with a Dr. By name Josia Henry MD on September 3rd 2024 at 11:32 AM. After speaking with Dr I was told I was approved give it 24 hours then go to site fill out the paperwork through my state for my medical marijuana card, when I did the Dr approval certificate was still not in system, so I gave it a few more days, still nothing, so I contacted a support team representative on NuggMDby name of Adam whom has been helpful, but today is September 9, 2024 and Adam has stated he told his supervisor and has tried to get in touch with the Dr. I spoke with he stated he has sent several messages and still not heard back from the Dr. That was Thursday last week still nothing, at this point I just want my money back for the fee of the Dr. They were quick to take my money, yet still the state hasn't received anything and it's been 6 days, I've been patient but I've lost hope and am on fixed disability income and can't afford to pay for a service not rendered. Having neuropathy I got allotment for only 2.5oz. There is no waiver option to increase the allotment and I have already paid medical card fees for 3 years. I will look for a clinic that will help me increase my allotment.

the doctor did a brief interview and Nuggmd charged my card for a 3 renewal. But they sent the paperwork to theREMOVED. I live inREMOVED!They have been of no help and invasive to date. They have no phone number to call, only online help and they choose when to have it active

Worse company ever!! Did my certification two weeks ago. Thought it was odd I didn't get my card. Checked PAs website and my certification isn't there. Reach out to nuggmd. The tell me my patient id number is wrong. It isn't. I just have a low number. They refused to submit assuming they were correct. Called the doctor she confirmed everything is going. They still refused to submit it. Refused to refund. Called another doctor and go my certification done in 5 minutes. And it's reflecting on PAs site already. Stay away from this shady company. Stealing 50 dollars at a time. No phone number to call. Big red flag.

I paid and all I got was the run around trying to see a doctor. I have Lupus so should have been a quick yes or no answer. I got a week of 40+ minutes waiting on their cite waiting. I contacted them by email to let them know I was having issue and again they told me to wait on the site and a Dr would be with me in a few minutes, which turned into 15 minutes.

Who NuggMd is nothing but a scam. Marijuana is already legal in California so what do you even need it for none of the dispensaries take it. It’s a waste of money. Do not do it.

It took about 3-4 hours to get a call from a doctor. As I was saying thank you for finally calling me he hung up on me mid sentence. Very unprofessional. Brain Kessler needs to fix his attitude.

Doctor was a no show. Chat help took 15 minutes to respond. Misleading schedule will let you pick times that there's no doctors for. I heard the customers were being influenced to give good reviews so I want to give an honest one. I ended up canceling after getting frustrated and went to another vendor.

I was told it was fast and easy! I signed up on the app answered some questions was pre approved in minutes then asked to set up appointment the location is about a 40 minute drive and the first available is over a week away, ridiculous in my opinion. Also was charged 148 first thing before all this so I feel trapped into the whole thing !!!

I received a card approving my medical cannabis starting 05/08/25 to 05/08/28 member #42196936560 by the doctor. Since then, I have tried to get approved. I have tried many times to get registered with the state of Illinois I was told that they were having problems.

Total scammers; told in writing would have letter within 24 hours after approval. Then told the next business day. Then ignored. Then repeatedly threatened by the TERRIBLE customer service rep ANGEL. Never use this B.S. 'service'.

They put my name on my application wrong left out my middle initial I've been locked out of my account because of it and now I have to go down and actually get physical paperwork to do what I need to do I would not recommend anybody using these people. And if you want to be a caregiver for yourself you have to go down and get the paperwork anyway or you have to have it mailed to you this does nothing absolutely nothing for you unless you want fake paperwork from a doctor they will provide that.

NO STARS!! Ammended post…I want to let everyone know to go somewhere else for your med card, ANYWHERE else!! These people don’t care about patients, they lie & steal & then refuse to admit it. I applied for my med card in Maine, I have never had a problem with ANY mail not being delivered to me but they insist they mailed it twice. I took them at their word & set about trying to find where my card actually went as they say it was never returned after they “mailed it twice “. I checked with my property managers, postal managers, letter carriers, nobody has seen it. I asked for a refund for a service I paid for and they didn’t provide. They refused!! Don’t believe me, just check out the BBB reviews, pages of the same complaints.

Absolutely terrible take your money elsewhere the doctors won’t talk to you or get on the phone they won’t increase your allotment even if your telling them your lung collapsed and you need edibles all they care about is your money and try and charge fees for whatever they do they where also really nasty and would hang up on me and when I tried to leave and have a new doctor they took weeks to reply purposely

Terrible company they would not increase my allotment even after I showed them my hospital records of my lung collapsed I am not able to smoke so I only take edibles which use more. Also the reps are very disrespectful they only care about money would strongly advise going elsewhere green script was a great experience for me!!!

Scam you on i.d. cards. I like the doctors. But when you order the i.d. card--it should be included, but instead it costs $25.00--they never send it. So, I re-ordered. Still never sent. Then I started writing them about it. They gave me like 10 excuses. Bottom line--they never mail. They can't show ANY tracking on either order. They just keep your money!

Doctor was in the car driving taking my call and couldn’t hear him then he never came back into the call! Waiting for a refund and I used the service for years until now. Very disappointed.

I received an email saying that I have a free renewal this year so I responded but they charged me. I started a chat with Vincent and he declared my email was "a mistake". No explanation and after last years debacle about the Doctor not sending my renewal and that took 5 emails to finally get. I sent proof but that wasn't good enough. Forget it I'll do business somewhere else.

Not very helpful! I used a differant company for my last card. They responded quickly and when I needed an alotment adjustment was very helpful. Wish I could say the same for Nugg MD. Feom the beginning it was a hassle When I reached out for help my question was never answer but asked to answer a survey in how they did.when a brought it to there attention it was noth but excuses and why they couldnt help me. Glad theres many other companies out there!

I sat on the waiting room screen for over 15 minutes, so I switched browser tabs to do something else while I waited. As soon as I heard the alert, I switched tabs but the doctor had already said I missed my appointment. So I did it again and had to wait just as long, but sitting staying at the screen the whole time. Then I was told it'd take 24-48 hours for the doctor to upload the recommendation. A complete waste of time.

Renew peoples cards and quit stealing their money

Scheduled my appointment over the phone went threw all the motions, for them to call me an hour before my appointment saying they can refund me but may take up to 7-10 business days but they can’t let me see a doctor because I’m under 21. This isn’t the first time I ran into this problem so when I ask before paying you guys I’d like the right answer.

Bogus!!! Paid the fee and I called back a month and a couple days. And they tried to hit me for another fee!!!! Neigh-Neigh!!

Signed up on the site to get my medical card, and it said that they had "Same day physician access", and that "Our medical cannabis doctors are available online from 8:00am-10:00pm (PST & EST) 7 days a week!".After signing up I try to do the consultation numerous times and it just told me, "Your doctor is currently offline. Please try again later". So I contacted support and it took them about an hour to get back to me when their support says 3 minutes. I was told that the New Mexico doctor is out on an emergency and to try back tomorrow. So I try back the next day and get the same doctor offline. I try to reach out to support yet again and get told their doctor isn't available on these days and to try back Monday. I talked to support again and get told that only a few states have same day access with only a few doctors available 7 days a week.

Horrible service and inaccurate, infective treatment. My mother had an appointment and was approved for treatment for herREMOVED. The doctor told her she would get THC at a low percentage, he described gummies. He said we could go pick it up immediately when she was approved. Apparently none of this was true. According to the dispensary, you have to wait a period of time to have your information register at the dispensary, and you have to place an order in advance. Then, the next day once we call the dispensary to check on our status, they informed us that the prescription was for CBD only and they could not fill it. Upon contacting nugg MD, they claimed that there was a discussion about CBD only and that THC could cause paranoia and other disturbances. Absolutely none of that was discussed, and all of their information so far has been completely incorrect. I've used a different service for the past 5 year renewals. I decided to give this company a try since they had a sale. The dr told me I would get my certification this evening (today). I received nothing. I'm chatting with johnika and she tells me 12 hours, then 1 minute later she tells me 24-48 hours. Those forms are preformatted and only info needs to be filled in. I dislike dishonest people, especially when my $ is involved. I will go back to my original company for future renewals. Don't trust what they tell you here. If there was a zer0 star I would rate them that for the blatant dishonesty

Last year when I got renewed through this service it was instant and right after the appointment I was good to go and had my prescription, this year they told me it would take 48 hours, the only reason to use this service was because of how fast they were and it’s clear they just want to waste your time now

I was charged the full 3 yrs and only got to use my card a yr before it expired, and I was told I had to re see the Dr again. This is total BS. People don't have that time.
