Within a very short period of time this morning, I was speaking with a physician via teleconference for final approval, and his courtesy, understanding, patience, and clear explanations were 1st rate. As others with chronic conditions can likely attest, doctors can sometimes be dismissive or dubious of our complaints,but NuggMD made me feel heard and validated.
