It took a little longer than the stated time to talk to a doctor - I waited approximately half an hour. The time for delivery of my certification was also a little longer than the stated 24 hours. However, despite these small delays, the entire process took no more than a couple of days. I am satisfied with the service as well as with my interaction with their patient support team!

Quick, easy and confidential. I have been approved for the card. Waiting on theREMOVEDsite to be updated as well as NuggMDs. Hopefully the last part of the issue goes as smoothly as the first half.

The process for NuggMD was pretty simple for getting approval for my chronic migraines. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because after approval the doctor needs to do a simple process which I was told directly from NuggMD triggers the automatic email from the state. I have seen online through other companies that the doctors did this immediately and they got their card the same day. Other companies have a similar process for approval but it seems many have doctors who are more efficient at uploading to the state allowing patients suffering ailments to receive what they need the same day. Other than that, I would recommend NuggMD.

I appreciate the recommendation, although I do suggest making the telehealth visit a bit more legit and professional.

Renewal was easy. They are very nice and understanding. It's my 3rd year. Both renewal and the 1st appointment are fast and if your not the best with internet/technology, or have slow internet. They make sure you get it done.

While I expected more of a doctors work, I am pleased with the service so far.

The renewal process was easy and I did receive a real phone call from a MD who confirmed my eligibility. What I was NOT told is that I was renewing my existing certificate of recommendation one month early and the NuggMD company did not extend my existing renewal by a year. Instead they used today's date to renew only for 11 months more than my existing certificate.

Signed up on the site to get my medical card, and it said that they had "Same day physician access", and that "Our medical cannabis doctors are available online from 8:00am-10:00pm (PST & EST) 7 days a week!". After signing up I try to do the consultation numerous times and it just told me, "Your doctor is currently offline. Please try again later". So I contacted support and it took them about an hour to get back to me when their support says 3 minutes. I was told that the New Mexico doctor is out on an emergency and to try back tomorrow. So I try back the next day and get the same doctor offline. I try to reach out to support yet again and get told their doctor isn't available on these days and to try back Monday. I talked to support again and get told that not all states have same day access and doctors available 7 days a week. So make sure you check with them prior to signing up if you're expecting same-day appointment. Once I got the appointment though it was a quick and easy process to get the rest of the process done.

If your good with the technology, of the modern world it"s doable. If your not you will never get your online application done. I'm 72 and had to have my son help me ALOT. I would of given up with out his help. They are legit, just not senior citizen friendly

You definitely get good customer service, pretty fast service as well , so no complaints threre. But today. I went to a medical cannabis store, and they had and they were advertising a company that offers a medical cannabis card for $89.00. NuggMD charges 139.00. They other place is well known as well, in fact I think it’s more well known then NuggMD. I don’t want to bash NuggMd, as I should have shopped around, so that’s my fault. KG

Had a great apt once. Went to renew this year. No image was there it was as a zoom call. The doctors had no cámara on or if he did you could not see him. Kind of heartless this time. Again in the past great!!!! This last apt idk

I need a refund because they didn't get my photo, or my driver's license on the form.I paid 119 dollars but I can't use it.

I'm not sure that I will get a card , just the letter with no further information . I did not get the $20.00 discount promised at checkout. Still skeptical !!

I used this company to get a medical marijuana license. I paid $129.00 on the 8th of September. I got in on a televisit quickly and thought I was good to go. No I had to wait the weekend to get my license. However, I did stay in constant contact with them . I finally received my electronic license. The process was easy except for the wait. Thats what I took 2 stars off for. Other than that, It went real easy and smooth. You just may not get same day service as advertised but they came through and Im grateful for that! Thank you , NuggMD!

I had my doctor'sREMOVEDwhich was great! I had accidentally put the wrong email and I told them! I haven't had my emailed changed the WHOLE day and I continue to check. I paid $150 and feel I deserve to have this fixed IMMEDIATELY, other than that... not too bad!

Nugg MD is good I guess, just need more communication when it comes to the shipping of card because I didn't receive mine after 2 weeks of waiting and I still dont have it my id card.

I paid for a 3 year membership withREMOVED. I was approved simple enough but when my employer required me to have a letter from the issuing doctor. Basically stating an opinion that I shouldn't use whileREMOVEDiving and should wait at least 4-6 hours beforeREMOVEDiving after use. The doctor refused to fill out the letter. Wasn't able to get any support from nuggmd. Couldn't even get to talk to the doctor about this. No follow up appointment. No help from chat support. Tried emailing theREMOVEDdirectly. No response. They basically took my money, recommended me for use of marijuana and wiped there hands of me. So basically though I'm in need of medical relief for my pain I can't take advantage of it because theREMOVEDdidn't care enough to even speak to me after taking my money. My employer would have made accommodations for me had theREMOVEDbeen willing to fill out the letter of recommendation.

found the process to be confusing click on link to see doctor than they have you set a time. it says to than log on at that time. you do that & tells you doc not available . & than you set time again & again the same thing. with no other instructions given . to ask there help center to not really get an answer . than message after message after message to get a link for waiting room. ( link not provided on web page ) to go to that on computer to find you need cam & mic with no cam & mic. to try to log on with phone in the process of logging on . got a message that you are being marked as a no show for apt literally one minn latter. to back to help desk. seams web page has faults in links. web page lacks instructions. said would get e-mail at one point & got none. about an hour plus of time talking to help desk. in a 2 day multi times connecting with help desk. could not seam to get them to understand . to a point that I became angry & sorry to agents for words I said. but for real now . it would be far more simple if they just had a phone number to talk to someone . not every one is computer savey nor are phone savey. persons expressly ones requesting cannabis card have muscle conditions that limit how well & how fast they can type . & find it very frustrating to type. company needs to provide phone number for help to accommodate ones that need it in my opinion. it should not be you set a time & go back & back & back. it should be they tell you a time & ask if time works for you . & do a simple phone call to you at that time.

Typically a smooth easy process. Certification uploaded to State minutes within approval. This time around my certification has not been sent to the state, my approval was Thursday - no email responses yet and chat said I needed to wait 48 hours for my certification to be uploaded “every doctor is different” which the 48 hour mark is quickly approaching. Will update review if anything changes.

I see all the great reviews for nub on the website, but frankly, I think they’re terrible. I had to submit my identification multiple times, I was in their chat for over an hour and a half resolve. Nothing, spent three hours plus one initially attempting to renew my medical Marijuana card. I sincerely would not recommend nubb.

This was my 5th renewal and certainly will be my last. Previous 4 times, I’ve only even had a call from a 2 times counting this last time. Normally disconnects and it’s just approved anyway. The 24 hours used to be 10-15 minutes but now is an advertisement scam more than anything. Completed my doctor visit at 0800. At 1100 I had messaged asking is this was normal as it never had been. Was told I’d get it later that day. 2200 rolls around, all OCM shops are closed and I message back to cancel it. Most dispensaries now offer carts for half of this and you walk out with cert and product if you’d like. After messaging, she agreed to cancel and the magically my certification was in my profile although I had looked 30 seconds before. Asked to speak to a manager and was told I’ll get an email. No email. Also they date it to the day you had your doctors visit. FAQ says it can take up to 7 business days. That’s a week they are stealing from your cert. look around for ten minutes and guarantee you can find a better deal on life well alone. 89 dollar certs, same day and no shadiness when trying to cancel. Googled cannabis cert discount and first one too pop up is attached. And attached is chat transcript of me asking to have it cancelled before receiving cert and them uploading cert so I cannot cancel. PLEASE TAKE 5 MINUTES AND GOOGLE! So much better deals.

I thought this was gonna be easy, I've been in pain for years MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia to name a few. So after years of suffering and being told the process is is and have many certified Dr. I went online did paperwork paid the fee, spoke with a Dr. By name Josia Henry MD on September 3rd 2024 at 11:32 AM. After speaking with Dr I was told I was approved give it 24 hours then go to site fill out the paperwork through my state for my medical marijuana card, when I did the Dr approval certificate was still not in system, so I gave it a few more days, still nothing, so I contacted a support team representative on NuggMDby name of Adam whom has been helpful, but today is September 9, 2024 and Adam has stated he told his supervisor and has tried to get in touch with the Dr. I spoke with he stated he has sent several messages and still not heard back from the Dr. That was Thursday last week still nothing, at this point I just want my money back for the fee of the Dr. They were quick to take my money, yet still the state hasn't received anything and it's been 6 days, I've been patient but I've lost hope and am on fixed disability income and can't afford to pay for a service not rendered. Having neuropathy I got allotment for only 2.5oz. There is no waiver option to increase the allotment and I have already paid medical card fees for 3 years. I will look for a clinic that will help me increase my allotment.

the doctor did a brief interview and Nuggmd charged my card for a 3 renewal. But they sent the paperwork to theREMOVED. I live inREMOVED!They have been of no help and invasive to date. They have no phone number to call, only online help and they choose when to have it active

I received a card approving my medical cannabis starting 05/08/25 to 05/08/28 member #42196936560 by the doctor. Since then, I have tried to get approved. I have tried many times to get registered with the state of Illinois I was told that they were having problems.

Total scammers; told in writing would have letter within 24 hours after approval. Then told the next business day. Then ignored. Then repeatedly threatened by the TERRIBLE customer service rep ANGEL. Never use this B.S. 'service'.

They put my name on my application wrong left out my middle initial I've been locked out of my account because of it and now I have to go down and actually get physical paperwork to do what I need to do I would not recommend anybody using these people. And if you want to be a caregiver for yourself you have to go down and get the paperwork anyway or you have to have it mailed to you this does nothing absolutely nothing for you unless you want fake paperwork from a doctor they will provide that.

NO STARS!! Ammended post…I want to let everyone know to go somewhere else for your med card, ANYWHERE else!! These people don’t care about patients, they lie & steal & then refuse to admit it. I applied for my med card in Maine, I have never had a problem with ANY mail not being delivered to me but they insist they mailed it twice. I took them at their word & set about trying to find where my card actually went as they say it was never returned after they “mailed it twice “. I checked with my property managers, postal managers, letter carriers, nobody has seen it. I asked for a refund for a service I paid for and they didn’t provide. They refused!! Don’t believe me, just check out the BBB reviews, pages of the same complaints.
