Quick easy professional

Was very quick professional renewal. More costly than my initial certification, but I probably missed a promotion. So my advice is try to renew early when there is a discount.

I listed my ailments, talk with the doctor thru a online call all done with in 8 hours, just waiting on the state to review the paper work.

Perfect experience using NuggMD again to get my medical license renewed. Fast, easy, nice doctors who are helpful. The only reason for one star off was due to feeling pressured to spend more money to upgrade {twice} after all done approving. And, luckily I only did it once because the items that I could get this "big" discount were not anything I'd use. At the same time, this would not make me avoid them again as they are good. I just will not buy any "extra upgrades" in my case.

I loved the easy access, the steps were simple to follow, and they put me in contact with a doctor the same day. Only downside is said doctor is slow in getting me the actual prescription (10 days and counting since being approved...). While I appreciate the same-day visit, it seems a very simple thing for the doctor to write it up the same day as well.

The enrollment was easy, and the medical doctor spoke to waa copetent and respectful. Would have given them 5, but the followup afterward was not as good as I expected. Glad I did it

Fast and amazing service. The entire process took only hours. Detailed emails giving instructions of what to do and numbers to call if have any questions. Excellent support team.

Pretty fast and easy

NuggMD has provided great service in obtaining and renewing my Medical Marijuana eligibility. The NYS authorities make it somewhat difficult to navigate, but NuggMD makes it easier!

The doc was amazing, very fast, very good people, only difficult things about it was getting the state application filled out n completed, they don't really tell to evening u need to know to get it done properly. But all in all great pep....

For what you are , everything was great until I found out that I didn't need you . In Delaware you can self - certify if you are over 65 so I didn't need you . I'm not worried about the money because I should have investigated further before contacting you .

I was a little worried about doing it online but went ahead. Made the 3 minutes waiting and once doctor came on quick basic questions about 2 minutes he okay you qualify and I would get recommendation letter and instructions for the state part through email shortly. 5 minutes later there it was. Instructions had a link to a video that walked you through the state application. It was a big help. Went online the next day filled it out (about 10 minutes) and state said received your application and to wait14 business days for processing and delivery in mail.👍👍

I filled out my application in great detail, 5 minutes later I received a call from the doctor and he said I was approved. Fast, easy and affordable.

The doctor that saw me was very helpful and I really felt like I can talk to them about my issues, pluse they helped me with what I needed.

Overall, it was quick and easy. I wasn't able to contact my previous Dr. So I had to go as a new customer. I had been paying $35 for a renewal for a few years now and that was all right. For a 12 month recommendation, being a new customer it was $47. That was the only thing that surprised me, it was a bit higher than anticipated. I was very happy to get the recommendation.

The process was super fast, easy and simple. I made an account, entered in all of my info, and had been approved the, all within effectively the same day.

Nugg MD was simple to deal with. However, and unbelievably,REMOVEDdoes not recognize my Nugg MD license as being valid.

Kinda skeptical at first, I didn’t care for the block you have to check saying you accept the HIPPAA terms but it’s just a form allowing them to sell your info. Don’t check that box. Other than that it was easy. Card in less than 24 hours. They do the paperwork and file it with your state, your state determines how long it takes to get your card. It is NOT always instant!

Just finished my ap/registration. A little surprised will take up to 30 days to get an answer. But if they're that busy, I guess that's a good thing! Let's change the world about cannibas!!

They did just as they portray themselves. I was put into contact with a physician who asked about my medical and personal background, any prior cannabis use, and the symptoms that I would be trying to alleviate. She was able to determine that cannabis did match my medical needs. Not once did it feel like she went through the motions or that it was a cookie cutter process. One star deducted because I had to have the physical letter sent a second time, as the first attempt never arrived.

Was very fast responding. Just waiting on the final certification to process. But did call on a Saturday after 5pm so figure Monday it should be a ok.

It was a relatively easy process and most defiantly quick response time. Ill continue to use NuggMD to renew my medical marijuana card. So worth it!

This process was fast and easy. I had my certification the next day. Definitely would recommend to people i know and don't know.

Overall I had a well experience. I was approved for my med card within three days. The process however did seem sketchy, I paid the fee and waited over an hour before I saw my doctor. The doctor was having connection issues so I consulted the chat team for help, and they said he would call. After waiting about 20 mins I decided to call the doctor. They picked up and were very short, only asking what I wanted my card for. After explaining my situation they said yup youre good, wait 24 hours. So I was left feeling a bit disappointed, but also hopeful. AfterREMOVEDas a patient, and then I registered with theREMOVED. After getting an email saying I had to wait 30 days for the paperwork to file, I again was a bit worried, but decided to wait the time and see the outcome. Good thing I did too, cuz the very next day I was approved and got my card! The process was SO EASY it seemed fake. But its not :)) - a women with nerve pain
