Know my review has nothing to do with the Doctor I had my Video Call with and he was very good and understanding. My reason for a One (1) Star Review is, when I first picked NuggMD with the List from Original Marijuana provided that the cost was supposed to be $49 and a pop up window supposedly was to give another $15 discount, which never happened. When I got to the NuggMD website the price radically changed to Best Pick for $118 for 1 year. So what happened to to the $49 price on Original Marijuana that led me to NuggMD and the supposed extra $15 discount??? Once I got approved the email then stated, "Keep in mind, you required to complete a follow up appointment in 3 months, with a price of $50 for the follow up." This seems to be a scam since the $118 was supposed to be for 1 year and there was no mention of any required follow up for $50 every 3 months thereafter. I will never use them again, this is a Total Rip Off!!!!!

Promised that it will work on arthritis pain. Their products are useless, extremely over inflated prices. Then first product was used, asked for stronger as there was no effect at all. They send me exactly same crap!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! They only approve "low thc oil" cards. Not cannabis flower. Then they refuse to refund your money. Total SCAM and they have 0 customer service.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Money gone and no medical card. In my opinion don’t waste your money. Now I’ll see if I get my money back. Nggmd has done nothing to help me. If you put your faith in this company, forget it.

Paid my fee, and never heard back. When I saw the charge on my card I contacted their customer "service". Their "service" is short, rude, and accusatory. Blame ME for not asking about he charge - that's why I did just that. I was told I was "rejected".REMOVED??? Never heard from anyone, no doctor, no messages, no calls,REMOVEDI'm dealing with a fraudulent charge to my card, to find out they charged me THREE times.

Do not use, scam. They didn't fill out the form correctly according to the omma board, sent screen shots to customer service of rejection showing reason. They want me to call the state and figure out what they didn't fill out correctly. LMFAO.

NuggMD online is a big joke! Booked an appointment 4 days in advance, drove and hour and a half and the doctor wasn't even there, nor did NuggMD even bother to schedule the appointment! Knew the doctor was going to be out at my appointment time yet no one reached out to me via, phone, text, or email. Was promised a call back in 3 days which never came either. Took my money, have tied it up now for 2 weeks while I await a full refund. Nothing but excuses and blaming everything on the doctor when it was clearly their fault! They are only in it for the money. Wasted my time, gas and patience on this company and nothing to show for it. I was even told by staff that I wasn't the only one this happened to, as there were 2 others that day who didn't see a doctor either. They told me this happens all the time. The whole thing sounds like a scam to get your money. I'm willing to bet most of these reviews here are fake or paid reviews. THE ENTIRE OPERATION STINKS OF RED FLAGS! What I really don't like is now they have all my vital information and I have nothing!! Do yourself a favor if you want a Medical Marijuana Card, go local not some fly by night online company. Horrible, Horrible experience. You have to wonder about a company that has no phone support, or is unwilling to call you when there's a problem. NEGATIVE STARS IN MY BOOK!!

Scam! Never received card and they want me to pay another 25$ to get a “new” card.

I’ve had a bad experience. I’ve waited. 48 Hours my certificate never popped up on the state website. I followed all directions. I had to go to another company to get certified and they didn’t refund me my money.

False advertising in my opinion; it takes longer to get a reply from "live chat" than their claims for a dr. visit. You get charged immediately, despite their claims of not being charged till visit is complete. Their number is an automated message. After making it known I disputed the claim, they informed me they would void payment. Hopefully I just got a bad experience, but smells of scam.

This company will not provide you a copy of your prescription even though as a patient you are entitled to get it provided. Then they will not refund your money back . This has been the most horrible experience ever.

Paid last week, sent me to a dr over 40 mins away, not one word from them 4 days later. No email contact. No direction as to how to pay the state, nothing. Paid over 2x the money a local dr would have done it for and could have had same/next day access.

My first experience with NuggMD was good, prompt service and the card looked nice. However, I had prepaid my med card for a second year and received an email that said this. When going on to their website to renew, however, I was prompted to pay again. Upon contacting customer service, they were prompt to respond but said that according to their terms your renewal expires after 3 months with no refund. While I did apparently agree to these terms, no one would know that and its a terrible policy to have lost over $50 for no reason.

I have been attempting to get a new ID card as I never received one ORIGINALLY. I was met first with push back and a request to pay for the card. After posting a negative review, I was told that a replacement card would arive at no cost. A month later still no card, so I "blast" them on aREMOVEDreview. I was immediately contacted by a supervisor who was upset that I threatened to "blast" them, however in retrospect, It seems that this is the only recourse to solve my dilemma. All I want is a new card. They offered me a financial discount for one of the three years I paid for, but I just want a replacement card. Not the money...Is it that difficult? By God, I hope this review ends up in front of the right pair of eyes of someone who will just send me the replacement card and I will happily change my reviews. But for now it's only getting worse......fingers crossed!

When I started the process it seemed simple. Got approved within maybe 30 minutes. I was registered with the state and awaited my certification. I was told I would receive this within 24 hours. On day 6 I asked for a refund to go somewhere else. I was in contact with support everyday to see what the hold up was. Was told doctor was messaged. Then doctor was out of the office. They had no problem charging my card for services not rendered. I would not recommend this place at all.

NuggMD had a special where they will process the application free for veterans on Veterans Day. I decided to try it out. They had to manually bypass the payment page for me and then they put me in the online "waiting room." After waiting for over an hour I reached back out to the online chat, only to be told the doctor wasn't in but would be back in the office on Monday and would process my application. Fast forward a little over a week and checking in three more times, I was informed by email that they were rejecting the application because NuggMD or their doctor said it was going to be too far for me to drive for the in person visit! I regularly drive over an hour to go to the VA hospital so seeing their provider would have been no problem. Very upset that they offer a service to veterans and then don't deliver.

This company is able to accept your money for licensing and product. However, the logistical delivery process is horrible.The basics of when, where, how much, etc disappeared after payment.I am a medical marijuana patient whose pricing, payment, and transaction information turns into dozens of electronic contacts, and many alterations until I barely know if the people I am in contact with could be part of any legal process.I think they should be embarrassed about their failures at every step of the process and fix them.I will definitely be watching my payment information

So, I found out after paying that all I can get through the system is edibles so I tried to cancel my order just hours later and was refused. They stated I was already in the system and would not refund my money. Ok, so I fell for the hype and just lost 80 bucks is what I'm thinking. After sifting through the "so called" dispensaries available to me I find out not only is it only edibles but there are none near me. The 2 inREMOVEDI would have to drive across town for only have specific pick up days and times for your order. If I wanted it delivered they would charge me 25 dollars more. So ya...not so super jazzed about this purchase. I get pretty much nothing I can use for my money that was refused to be refunded to me. Thanks!

This site is terrible!! Not user friendly at all. Convoluted instructions in order to send the approved application to my state to get their approval never worked. Maybe they should hire a professional web maker, because this website is wonky. I did notice that they quick to take my money without my ability to finish the process. Im now stuck in limbo, because I cant complete the process. Oh and I read the below comments giving 5 stars. These comments are not to be believed

This is absolutely the worst company Ive ever worked with. I paid for a 3 year medical review and after talking with someone on the phone I was assured my medical records had been updated; however when I went to the dispensary my records were not updated and my card was expired. My bank account clearly shows they took my money. When I attempted to reach them I was informed that the entire company was on a holiday! Meanwhile I cannot get my medical Rx. Disgraceful!!!!
